Book the class you want to attend, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the class joining details and link, save this email and when you are ready to join your class press blue Zoom link. 

You will only need a Zoom account if you want to host your own meetings. So, if you intend to join as a participant only, you do not need an account. You can choose to connect via your browser.

Phone, tablet, laptop and PC are all suitable. make sure your sound is turned up on your device so you can hear me clearly. 

Please check your email deleted folder or search for omjane in your email search box. You can also join the Zoom class by going to My Bookings on the main Booking page. Otherwise, send me a message and I will resend you the link.

If you can’t make your booking don’t worry I record most of my classes, so I can give you access to the class so you don’t miss out and can take part at a more suitable time, just let me know if you want this option, if not I will transfer the booking to the following week no problem. Please give 24hrs notice of any cancellation or to change the booking date/time.

This can happen if you are using a wireless connection for the class, try using a cable connection or make sure you are not too far away from the wifi router.
